To make the most of our Heat Experience facilities, we recommend arriving approximately one hour before your scheduled treatment. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. If you choose not to use the Heat Experience, kindly arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes before your treatment begins.

Unwind in our luxurious spa facilities before your treatment to prepare your body and mind. Facilities are separated by gender and include:
- Hot bath
- Cold bath
- Steam room
- Dry sauna
- Locker room
- Relaxation suite
- Shower
- Swimming Pool
- Available for in-house guests and spa members only.
- Photography, video recording, and phone conversations are not permitted.
- Revealing swimwear such as string bikinis and thongs is not allowed.
- Time limits may be enforced during peak hours.
- Please wear a swimming cap while using the pool.
- Children under the age of 4 are not permitted to enter the pool.
- Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended. You may book online or contact the Spa Reception. You are welcome to book treatments even if you are not staying at the hotel.

- We kindly ask guests to refrain from using mobile phones for a tranquil spa environment.
- In-house guests may arrive in the provided robe and slippers.
- Towels, slippers, and shower caps are available.
- Rental fitness wear and shoes are available for a fee (JPY 648 per item).
- Entry is strictly prohibited to organized crime groups or affiliates.
- Lockers are available in both the fitness and spa Heat Experience areas.
- Children
Guests must be 16 or older to use the spa and fitness facilities.
Children aged 4 to 15 may use the pool with adult supervision. - Spa Gift Certificates
Perfect for special occasions or self-care, gift certificates are available at the Spa Reception.
- Health Concerns
Please inform your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns so we can recommend the most suitable treatment.

We offer specialized treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please consult our spa team for personalized recommendations. Body treatments are available only for guests who are over 16 weeks pregnant. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
